With the rapid development of the logistics industry in the Middle East, the client neededto upgrade their production line, 

seeking a vulcanizing machine with stable pressure, precise temperature control, and the ability to withstand high-temperature environments.

The Solution

Specifically designed for the UAE's tropical desert climate and local electricity standards, 

we have optimized this vulcanizing machine (P60801 series):

• High-efficiency temperature control system: 

Employing high-precision thermocouples and PID control ensures stable vulcanizing temperatures 

even in high-temperature environments.

• Enhanced hydraulic design: Addressing the demands of continuous, high-pressure operations,the hydraulic cylinder's sealing performance has been enhanced.

• Customized UI: The control panel supports both Chinese and English, 

featuring a simple and intuitive interface for easy and quick operation by local operators.

Delivery & Feedback

After rigorous factory acceptance testing (FAT), the equipment has successfully arrived  at the customer's site and been put into use.
