Project Overview

Recently, we successfully delivered a complete high-efficiency tire retreading production line to our client in Tanzania. The core of this project is our signature 20-tire capacity vulcanizing autoclave, designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable tire recycling in the East African region.

Equipment List

To ensure a seamless "Plug-and-Play" experience, we provided a full suite of professional machinery:

• 20-Tire Vulcanizing Tank: Precision temperature and pressure control for perfect curing. 

• Buffing Machine: High-speed removal of old treads. 

• Building Machine (Assembly Press): Ensuring tight bonding of new rubber. 

• Repair Stands & Storage Racks: Optimized workshop workflow. 

• Dust Collection System: Clean and eco-friendly operation. 

•Rubber strip extruder: mainly used to continuously and uniformly extrude recycled rubber into bonding strips, providing a stable supply of rubber for tire tread retreading, and ensuring bonding quality and production efficiency.

•Wheel rim: As a supporting tool during tire retreading, it is used to fix the tire to be retreaded and ensure that the tire is accurately positioned and runs smoothly during processes such as grinding, applying glue, gluing, and vulcanization.

•Turnover racks: used for storing and transferring semi-finished tires, finished retreaded tires and tooling parts, to achieve orderly flow between processes, improve on-site management efficiency and avoid tire collision damage.
